I've just been reading through the threads in the 'Rides' section and it sounds like some of you lunatics are out on you bikes almost all of the time! Personally, with juggling the family and my job, i only manage to get out for one day's riding a month on average. Sad, i know I suppose another excuse, sorry i meant reason, is because there is nowhere to ride on my immediate doorstep, it's always a pack-up-the-car-and-go job. So, how often (on average) do you guys really get out on the trails?

I'll ride at least once a week, sometimes twice a week.

I don't get out as often as Id like, I work away from home from Monday to Fri and have my daughter at the weekends.
If i get back from work handy enough on a Fri night I will get out, failing that I sometimes arrange for my mum to have the terror for the day so I can get out over the weekend, but even then the day is a rush job.
A twenty min ride up the hill behind me and in the mountains on some good trails so that way If I can I will get an hours blast in.
I'm off work now until the end of Sept so I plan on really kicking the a$$ out of riding!

Sounds like Pongo Paradise Martin!!!! I spend most of my time with the slicks on and get out after work some nights. On the road and now and again fit the knobbly's for an off-roader, but not as often as I'd like due to my car restriction. Beginning to think I shoulda bought a road bike....Nah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I try and get one good ride in on the weekend (trail centre) and a couple of 1hr blasts during weeknights. Well if the weather is ok.
I also do a bit of trail running and mountain trekking, so some weeks I can end up doing no cycling.
