Hi All
Thanks for the warm welcome.As the name suggests ,from Shropshire but can quite often be found down in North Wales.We ride with some of the boys from Dysynni CC from Towyn quite often.Not sure if there are any of those lads on here.
Was in Wales last weekend when we did the Pont Scethin loop & will be back across the border next weekend for a ride round the Berwyns.
Just got hold of an 08 Giant Trance for much cheapness & loving it so far with upgrades already planned !!! Will try to drag a few of us Midlanders along to some of your forum rides soon.

Cheers Martin,will do.We also go up to Llandegla a fair bit & Cannock Chase is local for me too.Next time I go I will give you fellas a shout & see if anyones about.I quite often ride Saturdays on my own as riding buddies only tend to emerge on Sundays.Of the Welsh Trail Centres Penmachno has to be my fave though.

nice ..will do,thanks for the offer - my personal circumstances mean that i can only ride every other weekend so when i am free,i like to get out saturday & sunday,as you can imagine.Thanks chaps. |

Yes mate - done the Mynd a couple of times,love it.Theres also some good trails around Church Stretton starting in a place called Hope Bowdler.Then theres the Wrekin & the trails surrounding it,in places you would have thought you were in a trail centre ! You just have to pick your times carefully as the red sock brigade are out in their droves there.If any of you chaps are ever over this way & would like a ride around there then give me a shout,theres a good days riding there if you know where to look ;-)

Welcome aboard mate. Church Stretton and the surrounding area is really nice, I especially like the Three Tuns pub/brewery : )
Would be great to have a spin in that area. Is there any decent riding to be had at the Stiperstones?

Hey Dylanarnalt - Not ridden the Stiperstones but have walked up there ages ago,can imagine it would be a good place to ride.Always the way,you neglect your doorstep & drive 2 hours to you fellas backyard !!!!!
Maybe I should put the wheels into motion for a Welsh vs Shropshire ride ?
