just three weeks! I took the bike around the Marin track the weekend i bought the bike and near the end of the ride I could feel the back sagging quite a bit. When I connected the shock pump at the carpark it was at half the pressure that I had set it prior to the ride. Anyways pumped it back up to what it was supposed to be. (I've had to but a new pump since the original one I had with the bike was faulty). Took the bike around the mbr on Sunday and the same thing happened again, so took the bike back to Westend Cycles in Colwyn Bay today whom said they will have to send the shock to Specialized to be looked at. So here i am in this good weather without nothing to ride, so I guess I'll have to do some trail running this week. On the other had I have read about other people having problems with their Specialized AFR Brain shock.

Not good for only 3 weeks, you would expect them to order a new shock at least than call you when it needs fitting even a loan job to tie you over,
did they say how long it would take ?

He said up to seven days.
I'll give him a call on friday to see if I can get it back for the weekend.
What I'm not sure about is whether I will get a new one or whether the will fix the one I have.
I had the fox on my Marin and never had a problem with it in 6 years.

Thats not good, its really demoralising when that happens to a new bike, hope its sorted soon for you.
They may supply you with a test or hire bike if you ask. Some shops will.
