Agree with ya there. A couple of the springs in my rear hub had snapped and the other 2 were really week so sent hope an email last week and they asked for my address and chucked a new set in the post FOC no questions asked. More people should take a leaf out of hopes book  |

Replaced my rim and spokes for me after hitting a tree stump at Penmachno. Charged me £50, but that was for a new rim (retails at £80), new spokes and a re-build. Even threw in a tubeless kit comprising of tape, valves and sealant. Really pleased with the outcome |

hope are always awesome, remember years ago i got sent there to pick up some emergency custom brake parts and they gave me a tour of the factory whilst i was waiting.
