Hi Im Mark.
I live just outside wrexham on the way to mold.
I have been riding regulary now for about 3 years since Coed Llandegla opened really.
I started cycling to work due to the loss of my car in an accident at the time when a mate suggested we try this off road lark as a mountain bike centre had just opened so i takes my now 18yr old GT outpost non suspension bike up their for a spin!!!! A bit rough i admit but the bug has stayed with me ever since.
Just so happens we had a bike to work scheme in work so off i goes and gets my first proper mountain bike.
Which is now for sale by the way as i cant really upgrade it any more!!!
so ive bought myself a santa cruz for christmas and since been upgrading that too.
Im off to the lake district with my caravan this week so hoping to take in a couple of trail centre rides whilst im there.
I still ride llandegla quite regular as its too close not too and is handy when i only have a couple of hours to spare in between hectic family life.
I sometime venture down the marin & penmacno for a change of scene but time is always aginst me!!!
Im hoping to try doing a merida marathon event this year but i realise i need to start getting out on all day jaunts to make sure the fitness is up to scratch.
Its nice too get out around moel famau and over the clwyds to do some natural terrain riding aswell.
Anyway i hope to catch up with some of you soon out and about???
