You'll be fine, just go slow if in doubt!
I've got some horrible bug today, hope it clears up soon.

Think I'll leave this and enter on the day, especially if I'm camping and have a 'few' beers the night before; could end up going for the 25k with the kiddies and trying to avoid coming last. ;D Other thing I could do is enter the 100k to get the race number, and to then only do the 25k. Even if it then takes me 5hrs it will still look impressive as I don't think they update the results if you do a different distance to that you sign up for. Would be good to beat Nick Craig.

Is anybody doing the 25? I've got a mate who fancies going but maybe not the 50. My forms went off last week for the Llanwrtyd and Rhuthin 50s. ;D

Got to get in some miles over the next 10 days. I appear to have put on half a stone in 5 days after drinking and eating trying to keep up with the Americans in Chicago It has certainly took its toll

I've not had anything through in the post, just a confirmation email. Should I be getting anything in the post or do you pick everything up on the weekend?

Good news ribs not great but much much better can ride my bike off a kerb now without almost crying .
You get your number and stuff when you sign on. When you arrived there is some large tables with all the names of people entered sign next to your name and they give you a number plus a few freebies. Im camping from Friday traveling over afterwork not too sure about the shitfaced part though, warm up ride on the saturday sounds good anyone knows the area?

Yeah I'm not up for the shitfaced on saturday part either. Can you camp over Sunday night as well? I think they're running skills classes on the Saturday which I was thinking if having a go at if there's not a massive queue. Is the pasta party any good? I went to the one for the Paris marathon and thought it was pretty rubbish and we went out for some proper tea afterwards as well. If it's not up to much then a ride to a pub for tea sounds in order ;D
