www.mtb-marathon.co.uk/events/crickhowell.phpAnybody else going down for this? We are thinking of going for it but trying to wait until the last minute to see what the weather forecast is going to be like. Probably camp down there on the Saturday.

Doesn't look too good at the moment. You can usually enter these on the day as well.

We'll probably decide tomorrow - depends on the forecast really as it's a long way to travel for a soaking.

Well i just got back from the valleys!!!! How much gloopy mud was there!!!! Finished the 50k route in just under 4 hours, Weather was fine all the way up the first climb then the rain started and got heavier throughout the day It was a very good route and challenging too, the wet conditions made it a lot worse but its the same for everyone. Anyone else bother going down?

Done it in about 4 hours 15 mins, hard going in all that mud but enjoyable nonetheless, had a bit of bad off on a downhill section which stopped me for about 5 mins!
