Name is Dave, formally from Beddgelert, now living in Somerset, they call me "Scrumpie" cheap down hear £3.50 a gal, not that I drink the stuff, I us-to bring a load up for mates up there in N-Wales hence the Tag!, Founder member of the Somerset Levelers, a small cycle group, we ride every Fri night out on the levels average 30m, and shorter rides mid week, I have 5 bikes all Giant's, FRC3, fast fitness, M1 commuter modified for the levels, XTC3 hard tail, Trance3 F/S, normally go off road on the Quanyock hills or Exmoor, and in the process of building a MTB Tandem using the Viper frame set.

I am a radio ham, my call-sign is 2E0TDI, which is a UK intermediate license holder, so when going on to high ground I cant resist taking the VHF radio. I also have a short range VHF Marine license, did plan to do a Kayak trip around the north and south shores of Cornwall.

if you mean Vic who was the chef at the Prince then yes I worked with him as I used to wait on there in the evenings! But I don't really remember Helen as she was always at home with the children. Happy days they were ;D ;D

Yes sooz, that's the one, i'm Vic's brother in law, do you still live in B-Gel?, planing a big ride up there in Aug, will post the planed route soon, maybe you will be able to join us?.

I live near Colwyn bay now, be good to meet you and talk about the ol' place! ;D ;D went up there last summer to ride in the forest but its changed a bit and I could't work it out somehow.
