Managed two offs one on a muddy uphill climb and the second on a FLAT rock garden smashed me knee there. Straight over the handle bars. Would'nt mind but been laughing my head off at this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIs0vmteeMw then I go do the same thing! ;D

Don't worry about it, it happens to the best of us I did the same thing on Sunday , same place, 30 seconds after I watched one of my mates go over the bars. I thought that can't be hard all I have to do is keep my weight back, next thing I'm dragging myself back up off the floor to howls of laughter. When I got home I did a search on You Tube for the Altura Trail and the first video I came across was the one Sar posted. ;D

Bloody hurt but ended up p*ssing myself laughing, never understand why I find it funny when I hurt myself, probably cos I crash in the stupidest of places... Sail through the hardest bits and crash on the easy!
