Had a very bad landing off a jump 2 years ago, not sure what happened maybe to fast and to high. but anyway lost control on landing and shattered my heel on a rock  was in hospital for a week and had loads of metal work fitted to the bone. ;D this photo was taken 4 months later   |

i did think of sending it to mbr but cant be bothered. there are loads of titanium plates and screws there holding it all together  im worth more in scrap now ;D |

how do you find riding now? My friend had to give up riding by doctors orders after shattering his ankle four times!

to be honest i find it harder to walk than ride, tried to play football last week again but will have to give that up.
i couldn't put weight on it for 5 months and all i wanted to do was ride, so going back on the bike was easy, but no big jumps ;D
