Does anybody know when the Snowdon ban is lifted?
Would it be worth (weather permitting) getting a ride together to celebrate the reopening? The last one seemed to go really well and the long push up was a great place to chat and meet new people

Willwild its not a ban its just voluntary hopefully this helps
To help avoid accidents involving cyclists and walkers when the paths to the summit of Snowdon are extremely busy from May to September a voluntary agreement has been negotiated between:
The Snowdonia National Park Gwynedd County Council CTC Welsh Cycling Union International Mountain Bicycling Association
It has been agreed that between the hours of 10.00 am and 5 pm from 1st May to 30th September cyclists should not cycle on the Snowdon bridleways.
So an early morning ot lare evening ride you can still do, im sure Rob did one not so long ago and everywhere was quiet.
