Chilled trail rider that doesnt like hills but realises he has to ride them for the fun downhill bits, likes to go as fast as he can on downhills but always ends up eating dirt, all round rider really, lova all day missions and short blasts
I think if they were going to put me in a jar and stick a label on me it would say ALL MOUNTAIN RIDER
Your a sick man enjoying hills that much, martin is the same, wish i could be like that but im just far to lazy ;D

Another chilled out rider here.
Not a fan of the uphills, ah well it's a nice walk anyway ;D
Love the downhill stuff, getting faster at it (i hope).
MTBing is more of a social thing for me. Like to talk shoite along the fireroads, like to stop after a good downhill and chat about it, like to crack open the trusty flask of coffee every now and again ;D

Cautious XC'er. Not fast up, not fast down. Do both at my own pace. As long as i enjoy it, thats all that matters

Aggresive XCer, light freeriding, downhill dabbling. Sounds about where I'm at. Just add spawn of devil riding when I can't be arsed getting the mtb muddy.

My style of riding....err not as fast as I would like not as skilled as I would like & not as much bottle as I would like. I should practice more things like steep rocky desents and drop offs & small jumps but I like to mix & match man-made & natural stuff so I guess all mountain allowing for what my skills or lack of allow.

Apart from a couple of insane racing snakes, it sounds like we've got a group of riders with similar style & ability. It can only be a good thing.
We'll put the fast ones up front to 'check the condition of the trail ahead', while everyone else follows at a nice leisurely pace. ;D

Im more of an Xc rider. Not big into jumps but getting some air is a buzz sometimes.
I like trail centres and man made trails but i would rather get out in the wild and look for trails, go out exploring.
I don't mind hills, infact I quite like them, there is a massive sense of achievenment in getting a rhythm, looking at the floor and feeling the burn in your legs as you climb and reach the top!

XC all the way for me and a bit agressive on some downhill slopes to but i do enjoy pushing myself to the limit at the end of the day if you dont you wont know how far yo push yourself, not really fussed about big jumps but like Martin getting airbourne can give you a buzz, uphills i dont mind as the more you do them the better you get to me anyway.
I enjoy more natual looking singletracks tracks rather than wide boring tracks where there is no natural feeling.
