Hi! been mountain biking for a few years but just had a 9month break having my baby!! ;D so cant wait to get back in the saddle. I'm the better half of Monsters so I know a few members from his tales of the forum rides!! might be a while before i'm up to forum ride fitness but cant wait!!  |

Hi ema, welcome to the forum. Won't be long till you're back on your bike. My eldest daughter is in same position as you, had a baby 3 weeks ago, midwife told her, she can't even do any sit ups (not that she did any before lol!) She's itchin to get back on her bike, but gonna leave it till after Christmas. Plenty of people to go riding with on here, when you're ready  |

mini monster is much easier to look after than the big one Dan!! exercise to start again tomorrow hopefully after my 6 week check but will probably aim to join some rides after christmas!!

Hi Ema Congrats on the new arrival!! If you want to get out before xmas you are more than welcome to join us on the rides for the slower ones! We go out most weeks and our rides are usually around the 15K mark. We take our time and have a great laugh. Most of us need to get a lot fitter!! ;D Hope you don't get too many sleepless nights!!! |

Welcome..just breast feed (the mini monster  ) you will soon get back in shape ;D (thats what my tuther half did with both of ours and she was soon slim & trim! Riding your bike will help lots though, will mini monster fit in your camelbak.  ;D |
