Hi Ian here, wanting to get back into mtb & get fit !! Recently moved to the area, living in Llanfechain, been to Llandegla a couple of times but not much fun on your own !! would be interested in any rides going on. Not forgetting im 49 & just started training again so cant keep up with 20 somethings haring around like demented rabbits !!! Look forward to any offers.

welcome to the forum mate, keep and eye on the plan your rides section. come on the next forum ride, the forum rides are always a the pace of who ever the slowest person is so don't worrie about fitness

Welcome m8, im just down the road in Llandudno, do a lot of riding on conwy and Tal y Fan, also do a lot around Betws. If you ever fancy a ride just shout or stick a post up in the 'plan your rides section' also feel free to join any rides that are posted up  |

Welcome to the forum, loads of really good natural rides going on all the time, you'll always be welcome on them. Just choose the one which suits the amount of miles and pace you want to do, if you're unsure just post and ask on the thread.
We're a very friendly bunch on there.
