Went round black loop at llandegla the other weekend. At the time i seemed to go round quite well however for the last two weeks i have had terrible pains in the side of knees. Doctor thinks its strained ligamonts. Has anyone else had this problem and how long does it take to recover? I need to start loosing the kgs that are mutlplying !!.

Give it a week or 2 of RICE (Rest Ice Compression Elevation) and see how it goes, if it continues see a Physio for futher guidence. Dont try and battle through at as you may cause more harm than good and set yourself even futher back. Time is your freind
