Last time I rode Llandegla I had pasta the night before, porridge for breakfast and on the way we were eating extra strong mints. I've never felt so good out on the trail. I loved it. Can't figure out whether it was the pasta, porridge or the mints. But I am think a combination of all 3 helped me loads.
