HI all, I've been mooching around these parts for a while, buying a couple of things, so thought maybe it was time I introduced myself! Living in Llandudno at the moment as moved here with work (was in Wrexham previously so got to know Llandegla quite well,) but really only do the Marin nowadays as I tend to work rubbish hours and end up going it alone! Anyone riding some natural trails in the area during the week, that doesn't mind me tagging along and inevitably slowing you down, give me a shout and we'll sort something out! I'm managing a bar up here, so post ride drinks and snacks are on me.  Hopefully I'll meet some of you soon ! Eyeball |

Welcome fella, if you work funny hours don't worry as there are quite a few of us that only get out in the week... that's why I joined! was bored with doing solo rides on a midweek morning etc so keep your eye out for rides that suit you.... better still post your own ride up like I do... you'll be surprised how many people can make it at weird times etc. PS.... is that the same Fat Cat group as the one in Chester? coz my mate Danny used to be the chef there and is now running the Frodsham pub that they own.... |

Yeah the same as the one in Chester and I know Danny. I went up to the Queen's head in Frodsham a few weeks back to check the place out, I would thoroughly recommend Danny's pies! ;D
He came along to the management Christmas do in Nottingham a couple of years back, though he was adamant he wasn't going to get pissed. Unfortunately he sat next to me, so we polished off 2 bottles of red wine between us just eating lunch (and then started drinking.....)

Yup...that'd be the Danny I know well!! we've been through many a vineyard full whilst camping  We cycled down the Sahara side of the River Nile together back in 1996, then the next year we rode from the Indian Himalayas to the Taj Mahal all for Mencap......... was truly life changing (got divorced afterwards LOL) ;D As I say, don't hesitate to post a ride midweek there's allways someone like me that'll join in... welcome, again |
