new(ish) to the area

Hullo, Im working in the area (usually around Mon-Fri) and tho Ive been to the usual Marin/Coedy etc trails plenty Im looking for some new natural trails to ride mid-week, local-ish to Bangor.
Can any of you point me in the direction of some cheeky little singletrack/technical section trails for a quick mid-week spin?

LLyn Geirionedd, Llyn Crafnant and Cowlyd area, quite close to Bangor with some fantastic natural trails.
