Hi, I've been an infrequent user of the site due to the trials an tribulations of life!!
I havent been out on my bike nearly as much as I would've liked to (due to toppin out an damaging my shoulder)
I have been occupiying my time training for my Mountain Leader qualifications and would also be interested in doing the SMBLA (Scottish Mountain Bike Leader Award) anyone done it or can give me any advice on the best way to go about it?

There's a fair few riders around the St. Asaph area so have a look in the Plan your rides section to see what everyone is up to and get yourself along! |

Ha,ha, thanks for the advice guys! Erm, Damon yeh, I can make flapjacks- although its easier to buy them Siwgr a Sbice (they are the best)... Sally, thanks for that link, I will check it out... Rob/Bungle bops...  Yetiman-You do sound Special... haha, thanks for the welcome anyways DavyDonn- will check out the Plan your rides as you pointed out an get my ass out on the saddle, cheers again.  |
