Drop a quick email to Madison (UK distributor) and ask, but I would imagine they will tell you to contact the place you bought it from at least they did for my Blackburn pump.
What has gone pop Craig?

Ye I know but that means going to westend cycles and they will probably say there is nothing wrong It's 2 things, slx shifter it's missing a shift, what's happened is one of the teeth has rounded off. And my slx front mech, the cage has got a crack in it, so going to give it a go

When the plate on my rear mech snapped, the one that’s holds the two jockey wheels. I tried to get that through the warranty with no luck. The only way they would do it if I would send them the whole unit and then that would take 2-3wks to sort out with no guarantee of them giving me a new part/unit. So I ended up just buying the parts my self.

I think I would have let them take the bike on principle.
