Right folks, I need a new headset as my FSA Orbit DL has given up the ghost and I still get rocking even after replacing the bearings and tightening up again. It's also 2 and a half years old. I'm looking for something which doesn't need any maintenance but equally I don't want to break my kids piggy banks either. Most of you know what and how I ride so what would you suggest? (For those that don't its a 2008 Kona Dawg Deluxe and I ride like a girl ;D)

if you've got any plans of keeping the bike for a few more years then the Hope is the way forward as it cost double the price of most average/crappy headsets but will last 4 times longer.... bargain.
Oh, and if you ever sell the frame & forks it is a possitive selling point having a Hope

You're right Craig, I got my standard 1 1\8 for £85 from Winstanleys a while ago. They are definitely the best headsets to have but Dave doesn't want to break the bank. That's why I reckon Hope would be your best bet. Big bang for the buck and good value for their undoubted quality.
