Hi guys, just thought I'd show you my latest war wound, and what a beauty she is.

It happened at Llandegla last Wednesday, nothing spectacular, just lost the front on a 90 deg turn round a tree and hey presto, knee meet jagged rock.



It happened half way round, but I carried on and completed the full black and had time to sample the BBQ!

Then went to Glan Clwyd until 4am where when I was finally seen by a doc had a quick shot of local, session with a scalpel and a stitch or 6.

Defo wearing my pads next time out.
