Not done changed any fork bushes myself but I've heard it's a bit of a pig e.g. www.singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/changing-marzocchi-fork-bushesSuggestions seem to include putting your forks in the oven for 5 minutes to help loosen the old ones and putting the new ones in the freezer so they go in better. Sounds like there is a special tool available, but it costs around £100. Bushes are normally a very tight fit and you have to whack them in with a hammer and a bit of wood or use a vice - similar to doing a shock bush but you can only get to the fork bush from one end so you can push the old one out, and fork stanchions are probably a bit easier to bend than the eye of a shock.

update: the forks are currently back with marzocchi being checked as Dave at Stendec reckons i will get an exchange as they are not right from the start and have excessive bush wear for the 5 months that i have had them,he's seen it before and it is a problem with the casting of these forks(certain batch/year) and marzocchi should replace them, He is sorting it all out for me,top bloke so if this is the case i will be pleased as these forks are the best i've had, but i dont want it to drag on as im in glentress in 3 weeks.
