Hi guys,
Just getting (back) into Mountain Biking, taken delivery of a Kona Cinder Cone this morning, and looking to join you on the Moel Wnion ride on Saturday.
My name's Adam, I'm 22 and live in Bangor. I do enjoy testing my own limits a bit, and love keeping fit. Should fit right in then?!

Hi Adam, wherabouts in Bangor are you? I'm not far at all and as I'm still learning to drive I'd definitely be keen on doing some riding around here if you're up for it. Welcome aboard p.s. you in the Paras or something? |

ok adam you'll be inundated with fitness questions no doubt but you'll get a warm welcome off this lot ;D just watch out for that rallybiker dude, since he's got this personal trainer fella he thinks he's arnold schwarzenneger and is always taking his tight t-shirts off to show the ladies his pecs |

I'm currently in 4 PARA, hence using the motto  tinytim re: Aled. You should see how many pull ups he can do, he's a machine... ;D |
