Not the new route but I've done the Dragons back and the old Karrimor. The trails are a lot smoother/safer now plus a lot of people use CYB so the change that if you do fall off your bike someone will not be far behind.

The only reason I dont fancy it on my own on a weekday is if I do an Oggy into a ditch (see forum ride 23rd aug!) ;D and really hurt myself it could be a while before someone finds my rotting corps ;D

Any one ridden the beast ? I fancy tackling it but not sure if its one to do on your own. i rode the beast yesterday and to be fair it's a waste of time really it's mostly the mbr plus and extra 20k of hill. next time i'll ride the mbr and the tarw or even the mbr twice. if distance and pushing yourself to get fitter are what your after then ride it even by yourself, but i don't think i'll bother again!
