I just got a pair of carbon risers that I won on ebay.
The guy charged me £4.50 P&P I looked at the postage stamp and it cost him £1.94 to send and the packaging was a strip of old box folded over with a bit of parcel tape
Ok I paid it because I wanted the bars but this guy has more neck than a herd of ET's charging that much.
he got bad feedback and a cranky email!
Anyone else had this? I sell a lot on ebay and never charge more that what it has cost to post and pack it. Maybe its just me too honest!

Yer i get it alot but i just pair for it at the end of the day. They have to make some money somewhere.
I paid 15quid for a pair of forks to be delivered, was a bit miffed and you can send a whole bike for this than that but o well.

I don't overdo the postage charges but I do take into account the time taken to and from the post office as well as the packaging etc.

This is an example of how you work the Ebay system!
I sold some computer memory on there recently, advertised it as used, and got £24 for it. I charged £2.50 for P&P.
It cost me £20 to buy it from Play.com brand new, and it's just cost me 50p to post it.
Happy days ;D

Look at the postage before bidding, somtimes you can get the item brand new off a retailer with free postage cheaper than on ebay when you factor in the postage. That how lots of sellers make their money!!!!! Once you've bid it's too late to argue about the postage, just leave negative feedback.
