It's probably because they're forced to wear those rather fetching Spesh workshop-stylee uniforms ;D

I got more conversation from spesh staff member in 5 minutes, than I did in 20 minutes in the Bike Factory.

Pissed with West End Cycles since I bought bike. The owner is a prat.. Tell us more.... Went in the other day to buy rota's and new top. Could of spent £200 at least. I was asking about problems with clicking on front forks and wanted to fit a lock out on handle bars for front forks. The owner just was not interested at all and said you will have to speak to rock shox. Unless you spend an other £1000 they are not interested at all. Went straight to bangor and I got what I wanted off the shelf with some very good advise. I will now be traveling the extra miles for my bits now.

It really makes me wonder, sometimes, how some of these LBS are still on business.
