Dunno what went wrong with halfords, I remember them being a pretty good place to go for bikes, lost there nuts i suppose!!

My ex-gf's son had 3 bikes in the space of 5 years from Halfords. Not one lasted much longer than 12 months.

halfords in Llandudno used to be ace yars ago, had all the top brands. The halfords in Hereford when I worked down there had Pace frames and forks there!

I was in Halfords in Llandudno a few weeks ago as my mate from Colwyn Bay wanted a bike.
Useless isn't a word I'd use to describe some of the help and advice he was getting from 2 young fellas.
I was a bit embarrassed because it was my idea to try em. I stopped the chaps halfway through their drivel/sales pitch and said, its ok, we'll try west End cycles in Colwyn Bay...
