Well I thought that since the net is now full of cool mountain bike videos and we are always sticking links up to them on the forum for everyones viewing pleasure then it would be a good idea to have a thread to put them all in  Ill keep this thread stuck to the top of the board so we can keep all the links together. Should be great to share the latest offerings and also have a collection of vids to click on in moments of boredem Ill kick it off with Chris Akrigg showing us what 'All Mountain riding' is really about  vimeo.com/20601448 |

As I may have mentioned before; there is nothing new in this game. I use to do what these guys are up to on the local colliery spoil heaps when I was around 14yrs on my heavy roadster bike; we also added cycle speedway in to the action too. Three years later I was road racing ;D

Not saying it's new, but it's still enjoyable to watch. I like the fact that the Back in my Yard comp was based around original videography/photography. It brings out a new angle to it. I look as much towards the way things have been photographed and filmed as much as I do the riding. For me, the right videographer/photographer can make the same old style of riding into a refreshing visual experience. |
