Does anyone know roughly how much it costs to have a Helicoil put in? (18 or 20mm - it's for the extractor on a crank arm)
Is there anywhere around Colwyn Bay/Llandudno that does it?

Could do it for you if we have the Helicoil kit in work, what size is it exactly, 18mm or 20mm, 1mm or 1.5mm thread pitch etc?
Helicoils are not much to buy and take a few minutes to fit so shouldnt be costly whoever you choose.
Not cheaper to buy a new or second hand crank arm/set though?
What make model is it mate?

Not sure the exact size and pitch - it's the same as a standard crank extractor tool. Google suggests it's a 22 x 1mm.
