Who does frame repairs locally?

The rivet for the one of the bottle cage nuts on my bike has broken. It has come loose so I can't even undo the bolt that is in there now.

If I can't manage to fix it myself, does anyone know if any of the bike shops in North Wales/Chester can repair it?

I was going to take it to a frame builder last weekend in Derby as I was passing but didn't get a chance.

Give Nick a ring at 69 cycles in Chester, he's an engineer by trade and I'm sure he'll have the gear to sort it out
