I've been lurking on the forum for a couple of months. Already learnt a lot. Have just bought a bike and ready to take it into the hills.
Consider myself to be a reasonably fit 43 year old. Self-employed consultant, so have some flexibility to get out during the week, whilst weekends have to compete with family events.
Will be looking for up and coming rides.

Hiya Andy, I'm another one of those enjoying their mid life crisis and also enjoy getting out during the week in either the peaks or down at llandegla. Don't panic if you bump into Iggy out and about wearing his 'love making' face, apparently he's just concentrating :-)

Welcome to the Forum Andy.
As the Chuckle Brothers have said, if you fancy getting out then there are plenty of people on here who ride during the week.
Just keep your eyes open in the 'Plan Your Rides' section, as this is where any planned rides are posted. If you see anything you like the look of then turn up and introduce yourself.
Alternatively, put a ride up yourself and I'm sure you'll get some company.
