Hi all, just joined ,I'm from Wrexham and enjoy mtb but am old and unfit well not that old 47 like doing the red at Llandegla hoping to progress onto the black soon

Have got a mate who started mountain biking this year. He didn't find the black any harder than the red but much more fun so go for it!

Welcome buddy, black is not scarey if you can ride the red you will be fine. this forum has members of all ages, fitness, and abilities and generally very freindly. get yourself out on the next forum ride, you will not be left behind, feel unfit or out of place.  |
