Does any one use this ?
Doing 20-30 miles every other evening around clwyds. Thought id try some, but all it does it make me giggle and feel hypo in mind, but not in body ?
Nothing aches after but i just lack energy in begining. I dont want to put anymore weight on so am trying to stay off suggary things. Ive tried banana's etc.
Wondering if id be better using the recovery shake in prep for next day ?

The for goodness shakes are very good for recovery.
Was involved in a study with them last year, huge difference.
Just wish I could afford them!

Just started using this in the gym for weight training .......MAN ALIVE, the power difference you get is unreal. When the Marin's diversion free and Willy waves are possible again, it'll be an interesting experiment! www.jack-3d.com/

Some report of leg twitches; face tingles and reaction to strong coffee. Probably legal in competitions where they test. All I used when marathon and fell running was caffine tablets and I was twitching before the event Take care

i've tried all sorts over the years and to be honest if you eat the right foods at the right time it usually does the trick for things like tiredness at the start of rides, many factors including over training, not getting enough sleep, busy work and home life could all affect performance. buffy is right a simple milkshake taken an hour before can help, bowl of cereal, jacket potato. the supplements do work and help though to but more if your training hard. caffiene tablets etc yes but i just stick to eating right at the right time. nitro oxide(jack3d) is gonna have a worse effect on you than the psp22 and aled trains alot so it'll help him cos he's always knackered from overtraining

There's no way I would take any thing like this day in day out for 2 months solid, anymore than I would drink Red Bull solidly for the same period! The effects for a start would be counter productive , be it the side effects, and also the boost you'd get would wear off as the body gets use to the product. Another effect would probably be that your body would actually get weaker in my view through depending on the stimulant in order to perform if used every day. However if used occasionally, say as a boost during a competition, it will do what it's designed to do effectively and safely. Just take a sensible outlook, it ain't Zyklon B !!

It tastes ok and I think it works, or might be a placebo effect. I usually eat an energy bar before a ride.

I dont know as much about food that is good for cycling, but I hang out with the dimentions (health food shop) crew a fair bit because they are just around the corner form me and have picked up a few tips over the years.
Coconut water is an excellent energy drink as it is a natural source of electrolytes which can help to properly rehydrate you and therefore restore your energy and all that stuff...think its got lots of potassium (more than bananas) in it too.
Green Barley Grass (mixed in with some juice) is another good one for energy and ache prevention, as chlorophyl is high in alkaline and therefore reduces acid build up....eating greens in general are great for this, but barley grass, spirolina, chlorella all those hippy health food things have very high concentrations.
