How long was each lap? Must've been fairly short I guess? Trying to understand why the definition of "Emergency Services" doesn't seem to include ambulance, but apparently does include RNLI! Did someone forget to invite them or something?! Its normally just the FB, but for some reason the police sports people hadn't organised anything this year, so it was tagged on, should have been the FB and Police race Massive difference in the prizes given by the FB compared to the police...

How long was each lap? Must've been fairly short I guess? Full lap of the red It was pretty much from the end of the reservior: - up the main climb to just beyond Offa's Dyke
- Turn right for some off piste down to the middle fire road
middle fire road for a bit
- Turn right and off piste back up the hill a bit then back down to the fire road
- Turn left and down the fire road you cross where the blue/red join back together and along that for a bit
- Turn right up a very steep muddy hill (get off and run), along the side of a leat then join the Llandegla end of the green by the reservoir
- Off piste between the trees, kinda parallel to the main fire road back to the visitor centre
- Back to the start of the green at the visitor centre end of the reservoir
Then all over again ;D Might be a GPX on Bikley/Garmin if you google. Trying to understand why the definition of "Emergency Services" doesn't seem to include ambulance, but apparently does include RNLI! Did someone forget to invite them or something?! Maybe the police and RNLI felt they had something to prove ;D There was at least 1 paramedic taking part, although he was marshalling on the fire road Route was just over 5 mile in length, ive got the garmin data for it
