1) Always use the right tool for the job.

This is very useful. Thanks guys. I missed the maintenance day but this has filled the gap!! must remember to pack my hammer the DW40 and gaffer tape, along with the jelly snakes and nail file!! sorry i meant Alan Keys, whatever you use those for!
