Ok folks having bought my Boardman fs team I want to set the rear shock up for my weight could someone list the correct way to do this for me I have found a thread on setting air forks but nothing on the above. The rear shock is a rock shox monarch by the way.

This video whilst it is for Fox shows the process you use to set your forks and rear shock. www.mojo.co.uk/sagsetup.htmlRemember to set it with all your riding gear on including any backpack etc.. 20-25% sag is a good starting point. |
