Those of you who have done this before, how would you describe the course? Is it technical singletrack or mainly bridleway? Appreciate some advice, cheers.

Good answer Sion! Just wondering if it's a hardtail or FS job really. I haven't done the winter warm up but If its anything like the Dyfi Enduro then the vast majority of climbing is done on fire road and the descents can be rocky and steep. So I suppose it depends if you want to go fast uphill or downhill. Personally I think you'd have more fun on your full susser.

No glorys to be had on this I'm afraid No timing or results After you've done the first climb it is just a 8 mile loop and you just choose to do a 2nd or 3 rd lap Still a good ride though

loads of sausage rolls, flapjack and bara brith at the end of each lap if you require more sustenance for the next 8 mile lap.

I think we need to organise our own MBNW timing if they're not going to do it for us? Any volunteers?
