Now i was upgrading my rotors orginally looked at a standard 203mm but historically i've never found a perfectly straight 8" disc so picked this thing up for a bargain as the stiff ally center keeps the outer braking surface nicely in-line The 8" floating saw tooth is very light for such a big disc, i was quite surprised. the bottom mount on the deore caliper (i assume all shimano too but i wouldn't really want to do this to XTR eh!!!!  ) post filing, took about 2-3mm off  rivet to calliper clearance  Finished product  My next post in this forum will be strip down and bearing replacement on WTB rear hubs
