Wanted - bike with small frame

Bad timing as Gwyn (oldbird) has just posted a similar request - she should have first chance at any bikes going.

I am looking for a bike for my 11 year old son.

* 15" or 16" frame.
* Light weight
* Disc brakes

I don't mind taking on a project (within reason).
