bad idea, last time i rode when still pissed (from the night before) i ended not being able to walk for 3 weeks, in shock and £300 out of pocket for a new frame.

so you drink then ride ? In conjunction with the Mid Wales Beer Festival, the Real Ale Wobble takes place on waymarked routes with a choice of distances on each day. Free real ale is provided at the checkpoints, so all routes are off-road! |

beer and excercise and me don't go. had a pint once an hour before playing 5 aside!! got sick and nearly passed out!
