What Waterproof jacket?

First of thanks for all your help guiding me to what kind of hydration pack i should get ended up buying a Dakine Amp 12l seem pretty dam good and enough space.

Next im after a Waterproof jacket but have a few problems they all seem to be a bit big on the belly.

I have tried Medium in the Altura (Cant seem to buy small)
Small and Medium in Rsp jackets
Also small in D2b jackets

Is it just me being to picky or anyone else have the same problem. Im tempted to go out and try some Womens jackets to see if they are any smaller.

Have a budget of around £50 Not made of money can anyone recommend one and somewhere i can go and try it before i buy?

Been around a few places today and came across one which fitted near perfect Altura Nevis (blue one) in xs and at a pretty good price £45 from the Bikefactory in Chester so problem now sorted.

Been working all over Christmas and road riding so not to much time for drinking and eating unfortunatly, I was more surprised about the bike factory they had some good deals on clothing. Altura 3/4 Shorts reduced from £55 to £25 and a good 10/15% of alot of other stuff.
