Just wondering which other biking forum websites people post on and what do you think of them?

I used to go on BikeRadar a lot but i find it too big now if that makes sense? I find this forum more 'personal'.
I still go on BikeRadar every now and again but only as a lurker, not posted on there for ages.

I'm a member on bikeradar and post now and again, I also joined mtb-wales but didn't find it a friendly place (imo).

Used to post in bikemagic (which is huge) and mtb-wales which is more based for south wales riders. sometimes in mbwales but not that much these days.

Forgot to add, the stuff on here is also more relevent to where i usually go riding.
Because the bigger sites cover the whole of the UK, i find i have to wade through a lot of rubbish before i find something that interests me.

Im a member of bikeradar but very rarely go on there now, its a full time job keeping an eye on you lot ;D ;D ;D
I found with bikeradar that the newer or less experienced members asking a simple question would get shot down in flames by the more senior members. Giving them short flippant answers and not actually helping members out at all.
Its far too big now and not personal enough for me.

Bikemagic - the Dylan/Kato wars have turned up some right classics over the years. Also used as an emergency backup for ChesterMTB ChesterMTB - I'm an Admin on there so have my hands full there Singletrackworld - Can be a bit daunting for people, but once you get a feel for it, it's pretty good for searching/getting answers to stuff. There's some good humour on there from time to time, but most important of all it's worth keeping an eye on the classifieds on there as some good deals appear there.

Col at Flattyres is a great guy and bloody quick on the trails up and down well worth getting out on one of his routes at some time. We (ChesterMTB) have even shown him some now and then >> www.flattyresmtbroutes.com/HayfieldLoopAlt.htmlDoug and everyone else if you want to join up at ChesterMTB (Message me when you do and I'll speed up the registration) and have a look in the rides Archive section it's got literally 100's of routes we have done I'm spreading the word about here there too
