Gutted, finally got a ticket last Wednesday then promptly fell off bike on work on Thursday and did my shoulder in. Physio says 6 weeks off proper bike. Boo Hoo. have fun everyone else

Conditions were great, company was great, the ride was hard as hell! I'm glad to say I've done it again and enjoyed a lot of it but the climbs just hurt...

Aye, another tough Dyfi. Plenty of climbing, tricky descents and a good craic with my yearly enduro buddies. Not the fastest of times as we treated it more of of social outing. Just replenishing them fluids |

A tough day out in the Dyfi Forest today. Where the organisers find all the climbs I'll never know but it's a well organised event. A good number of MBNW crew were out and some good times were had from the initial banter afterwards.
The last third was a killer but managed to make it back eventually. Not sure if I would have done any better if I hadn't bumped into Matt in a boozer in town the night before but will never know.
