What sort of bike rack do you use to transport your bike?
I've got a Hollywood F10 which holds 2 bikes but the straps attached to the car aren't too secure and they leave marks on the car body work.

I have one of those too, The initial set up can be pretty expensive from getting the roofrack for the motor and then getting the bike rack.
I had a couple of the cheaper halfords roof mounted carriers and they were hard work to put your bikes up there. These Thule ones are ace, So easy to use and everything locks. Also the bike is very secure, well worth the money.
I had thought of getting a towbar mounted one, but what happens to your bikes if someone rear ends you???

The initial set up can be pretty expensive from getting the roofrack for the motor and then getting the bike rack. Expensive yes, but worth it in my opinion. I think it cost me £120 just for the roof bars for my car, and then another £120 for the two bike racks (slightly cheaper as i bought two at the same time).

Thule Clip On High Keeps the bikes seperate like they would on the roof, but with the added sense of security of being able to see them through the rear view mirror. Clamps on the back securely, rather than using straps that can cause rear mounted carriers to sway
