Last summer on the second run down the blue of stiniog, i came off my giant hardtail just into a rocky section blowing a rear tube and wiping out lol.
Nothing major but i can still see the scars now....
Like i said nothing too serious but it did hurt lol. the worst i've ever done is broke my big toe whilst out.
