This is going to be a good test of pneplanets customer service, lets see if they come up trumps.

Totally gutted for you mate, messed up a great ride. Offer stands if you need a bike for Glentress but I think Oneplanet should really sort you out. Did they say what they'd do about it? Did they have one in stock that you could pinch the back end off? Are they contacting Yeti for you? Questions, questions. Ride was great as usual folks, couple of good leg burners and super technical rocky downhills. Proper manly riding (if you excuse the tights.) !Grrrrr! ;D

Cheers Dan One-planet were sympathetic at least but need to contact Yeti before they can do anything. I told them about Glentress and the fact that i will need a bike but that all hinges on what Yeti themselves o.k. only worry is if they try to say i've smashed it on something which isn't true, i have nowhere near reached the limits of what this bike should handle. Daz Proper manly riding (if you excuse the tights.) !Grrrrr! ;D excuse the tights, sorry there's no excuse for this

Great ride out there today boys . Only downside was Whitedogs frame problem , and having to let him walk back while we carried on . Whitedog i've got to say you showed great composure , i would of been kicking and screaming if it was my frame , you had no falls or jumps , gutted for you .Lets hope Oneplanet step up and sort something out for you sharpish or at least give you a demo bike for Scotland weekend .

As an '07 575 owner I keep my eyes on the UK Tribe's forum and MTBR and there have been a few cases of the '08 carbon swingarm breaking, one example being here >> yetifancom.proboards56.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=317Compared to how many they have sold it looks to be a rarity and the UK importers are known for really good service so you should be sorted out OK.

How long did it take you to walk back Whitedog? Gutted for your frame, lets hope it can be replaced before the weekend.
Great ride today lads - for certain my mountainkings are not suited to the wet rocks, wet grass and mud around Cowlyd. My shins are also itching after walking through those brambles on the way back to Crafnant!
Still an excellent ride and i definately feel like i got something in today.

That's exactly the same place as Whitedogs broke as well.
