Had a good workout session in DW after work. Met up with TinyTim and killed ourselves between 5.00 and 6.15, then a chilled out half hour talking sh1t about MTBing while downing our protein/carb shakes! A Bit of banter, encouragement and a hand with the spotting makes a welcome change! Thanks Tim, hopefully the shifts at work will allow you to do this regularly! Hope you won't be hurting too much tomorrow!

good sesh that aled, put me to shame buddy, your all round fitness has improved massively, funny i'm starting to hurt already and i'm not looking forward to the john wayne walk 2moro ;D shall see you next wednesday for more of the same, good training for the alps!!
