Evening all!!! Good idea about winter training at my spins! Really looking forward to Sunday now, apprehensive but not sure if that's about the ride or meeting you lot lol x

oh god another woman who'll leave me in a cloud of dust  , i think you shoud be wary of this one, gym instructor, spinning class instructor! all she needs is a bit of time on the mtb and she'll smash in a cracking willy wave, i honestly dont know what the feminine for it is ;D oh by the way welcome anna |
