First 'Technical Ride' today - ouchhhhh Loved it and looking for anyone in the North Wales area who may know good routes! Also any top tips??? Attachments:

Top tip no.1 Come join us on the Forum ride next weekend on Conwy Mountain. Tip no2, Where in N.Wales are you? If you're close to the Marin in Betws a some of us will be riding it this week during the evening, as it's promising sunshine!  |

Hello and thankyou so much for taking the time to reply!
I live in Prestatyn! I'm not sure if I would be up to the Conwy Mountain - real novice hence the ejection today lol! I would love to get out on some easy rides with you though as want to get out as much as possible. I am only off on a Sunday generally (Spinning and Gym Instructor!).
How often do you get out?

I try to get out 2/3 times a week. Redkite's up Prestatyn way, and the Girls rides are generally on Sunday, so maybe you can lift share! ;D

Hi Anna We have social/slow rides too which we normally arrange most weekends and are happy to wait for everyone. I haven't had chance to post any for a few weeks due to being away camping/spending time down south. Will hopefully be posting some more rides soon so keep your eye out for them. Wow, thankyou so much everyone for making me so welcome! I teach spinning at Saints in Meliden -7am tomorrow if anyone fancies it lol!
I'd love to get out as much ad possible, Sunday is my best day as it's my day off. As I said though I'm a real novice, the heavily bruised legs today proof of that after my full ejection over the bars yesterday!! Oh well my bikes ok! I never thought I'd love a bike sooooooo much lol!!
Anyway please let me know if anyone fancies coaching a clumbsy but eager novice!!
